• Items may be exchanged only if they do not meet the customer’s requested size or color as specified in the order.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• Customers may request a size change.
• A refund will only be considered if the requested size is unavailable

Items must be returned:

• On the same day of delivery, within the stated return window.
• In their original condition (clean, unused, unstained, and undamaged).

Return period is based on delivery time:

• Morning deliveries: Must be returned by noon/evening of the same day.
• Evening deliveries: Must be returned the following morning.
• Late returns will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Used, worn, stained, or dirty items.
• Damaged or destroyed items.
• Items not returned within the allowed timeframe.

All items come with clearly labeled sizes. Customers are encouraged to verify sizes before purchase, as trying on before purchase is not allowed.

• Delivery charges are paid directly to the rider.
• Shipping fees are separate from the purchase of items and may vary depending on country of residence.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
